ISODEC Prepares 2026 Workplan and Budget to Strengthen Programme Delivery

The management and staff members of the Integrated Social Development Centre (ISODEC) gathered at its Accra office on December 8 and 9, 2025, to prepare the organization’s 2026 work plan and budget.

The two-day planning session formed part of ISODEC’s annual planning process aimed at strengthening programme delivery and ensuring strategic resource allocation for the year 2026.

The meeting, held both in-person and virtually for staff, provided clear updates on key activities, targets, and cost requirements for the upcoming year.

Mr. Sam Danse, Executive Director of ISODEC, explained that the work plan and budget are essential management tools that would help the organization plan, organize, and track its activities and  resources.

Mr Danse indicated the work plan provides clear direction by outlining activities, timelines, responsibilities, and expected results, while a budget ensures effective resource allocation by supporting planned activities, preventing overspending, and identifying funding gaps early.

Christmas Break Notice

ISODEC will close for the Christmas break on Friday, December 12, 2025. Staff and partners are kindly informed that the organisation will resume full operations on January 12, 2026.
